About Willowbend Feed Supply

From a single hay-and-grain counter to the county's trusted pet food and supply shop — still family-run, still happy to talk through what's in the bowl.

Our story

A counter, a scoop, and a promise

Willowbend Feed Supply opened in 1998 as little more than a wooden counter stacked with hay bales and grain sacks, serving the dairy farms and horse barns along County Road 12. Word travelled the way it always does out here — over fences and across feed-store aisles — that the family behind the counter would tell you straight what was in every bag and what your animals actually needed. As the town grew, so did the shop. Dogs moved into farmhouses, cats claimed the barn lofts, and customers kept asking us to stock the same honest food for their pets that we sold for their livestock. Today the old grain room sits alongside aisles of small-batch kibble, oven-baked treats, cozy beds and grooming care for dogs, cats and small farms. The counter is longer, the scoops are shinier, but the promise never changed: honest labels, fresh stock, and advice you can trust.

What we stand for

Honest labels

Every bag on our shelves lists real ingredients first — named meats, whole grains, nothing hidden behind vague words. If we wouldn't feed it to our own dogs, we don't stock it.

Fresh weekly batches

Kibble and treats arrive in small weekly batches, dated and rotated by hand, so the food in your pet's bowl is never months old or stale from a warehouse shelf.

Advice at the counter

Picky eater, itchy skin, a new puppy chewing the table legs? Lean on the counter and ask. We've raised our own animals on these foods for nearly three decades.

Adoption days

Every dog deserves a loving home

Once a month we clear the side lot, set out the water bowls, and welcome our partner shelters for a Saturday adoption day. Meet rescue dogs looking for families, talk to the shelter teams about fit and care, and take home a starter bag of food on us for every adoption.
