What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and payment details (processed securely — full card numbers never touch our servers). If you join the newsletter or autoship, we keep your email and delivery preferences. Contact forms keep whatever you choose to write to us.

How we use it

We use your details to fulfil orders, send tracking updates, manage autoship schedules, answer your messages, and — only if you opt in — send occasional offers. That's the whole list. We don't build advertising profiles or score your behavior.

Cookies

The site uses a small set of cookies: a cart cookie so your basket survives the trip to checkout, a preference cookie for things like your chosen collection view, and basic analytics cookies that tell us which pages get visited. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop pages still work, though the cart may forget itself between visits.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with the companies that move your order: the payment processor that takes your card and the carrier that delivers the box. Nobody else gets your data — no data brokers, no list buyers, no exceptions.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click in any message. Ask us any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, and we'll act within 30 days. Autoship customers can review or erase their schedules from their account page.
