Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most at the counter — answered plainly. Tap any question to open it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before noon ship the same business day from our Willowbend shelves. Most parcels arrive in 2–4 business days; rural routes can take up to 5. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your box leaves the shop.
Do you offer free delivery over $40?
Yes — every order over $40 ships free, no code needed. Orders under $40 carry a flat $4.95 shipping fee. Local customers within 15 miles can also choose free in-store pickup at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened food, treats and supplies can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — bring them to the counter or mail them back and we'll cover the label if the mistake was ours. If your pet simply won't eat a food, tell us within 14 days and we'll help you swap it.
Can I change or pause autoship?
Any time. Sign in, open your autoship schedule, and move, skip, or cancel a delivery in two clicks — changes made 48 hours before the ship date apply to the next box. Pausing keeps your discount waiting for when you return.
Do you sell in bulk for farms and kennels?
Absolutely — bulk bags, cases, and pallet quantities are our roots. Farms, kennels, groomers and shelters get tiered trade pricing plus scheduled pallet delivery. Head to our wholesale page to request an account.
How do I choose the right food?
Start with life stage, then size and activity: puppies and kittens need calorie-dense growth recipes, seniors need joint support and gentler fat levels. Match the first ingredient to a named meat, and when in doubt, call the counter at (555) 014-8890 — talking food is our favorite part of the day.
How do I track my order?
Every shipment email includes a live tracking link, and the same link lives on your order confirmation page. If a parcel hasn't moved in 3 business days, send us the order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.
What about food allergies and sensitive stomachs?
True allergies are usually about one protein, so we stock limited-ingredient and novel-protein recipes (duck, salmon, lamb) with nothing else hiding in the list. Transition slowly over 7–10 days, and if symptoms persist, see your vet — then bring us their note and we'll match a recipe to it.
