2. Find your order number
Your order number is on the confirmation email you received right after checkout, and on your receipt if you bought at the counter. Keep it handy — it's the fastest way for us to look anything up.
3. No email arrived?
Check spam and promotions folders first, then verify the address you typed at checkout. If it's been over one business day with no confirmation, contact us and we'll resend everything.
